1) Information Collection
We collect the information required for the smooth functioning of the site. This information may also be shared with the other party you interact with, so that they can communicate with you effectively. All information necessary for the platform to function is collected directly from users and members. Members are required to provide true and accurate information in all registration forms.
2) Cookies
Some features and events on this platform require cookies to function properly, and enabling them ensures a smoother experience. Users may choose to disable cookies at any time by deselecting them. We will provide a clear option to accept or decline cookie usage.
3) Payments
We currently accept payments via Bank Transfer and PayPal. Please note that these methods may take some time to process. Services will begin once payment has been received and confirmed by the bank.
4) Content Disclaimer
Most content on this platform is genuine and open for all members to enjoy. However, please note that content is provided by individual vendors, and VSHOW only provides the platform on which it is displayed. We are not responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information provided by vendors. Users are encouraged to use discretion before acting on any vendor content.
5) Hosting & Platform Use
We use reputable, high-quality hosting services to ensure the best possible performance. While this involves a higher cost, it is necessary to maintain the level of service our platform requires. We appreciate your understanding in the rare event that our service provider experiences downtime or issues. As all content is provided by vendors and we simply provide the platform, use of the site is at your own risk.
6) Refunds & Package Changes
Regarding refunds: we are able to replace or upgrade a subscription package if the member notifies us within 48 hours via email or written request. Cash payments are not eligible for refund.
7) Affiliate Commission Eligibility
Affiliate earnings are only available to fully paid, active Diamond Members. The 20% affiliate commission is an introductory rate and may be revised by the company as needed. Affiliates will be notified of any rate changes in advance via email — please keep an eye on your inbox for these alerts.
8) Commission Conditions
If there is a mismatch between the affiliate’s information and the introduced member’s information, the affiliate commission will be waived and the affiliate may lose their membership. Commission applies only to subscription fees — not to merchandise purchases.
9) Commission Structure & Payout
To become an affiliate, a Diamond Member must opt in (free of charge) and generate a unique referral link. All affiliations are subject to company approval.
For each event booking made through a referral:
– 10% commission is paid once the booking is confirmed with payment.
– The remaining 10% commission is paid once the event is completed and all related tasks are fulfilled.
The total 20% commission is directly tied to the successful completion of the linked event — any cancellation, dispute, or issue with the booking may affect the commission payable.
Commission is settled quarterly (initially), and payouts will be made as account credit or coupons — cash payments are not available. Members will be notified of settlement dates via email.
10) Disputes
In the event of any disagreement or dispute, the company’s management decision will be final. Members who disagree with a decision may choose to discontinue their membership.
